John qualified as a nurse in 2004 and went on to run a dermatology clinic for 8 years from 2011. He was Head Nurse and Practice Coordinator at the same practice and is now Group Manager of a new Veterinary Nursing Dermatology Group to support nurses interested in this field.

The VNDG is once again hosting its winter CPD event online for 2020. We have two exciting panels lined up, one exploring dermatology nursing around the world and the other focusing on the UK. The panel discussions will look at how derm nurses got into the role, and how they interact with the vets at their practice.
